  • 30 years as a state licensed herbicide applicator and owner of Aquatic Weed Control
  • On the Board of Directors for the Midwest Aquatic Plant Management Society (MAPMS)

David Keister : Staff Biologist

  • Bethel College, Mishawaka, IN, Bachelor of Science: Environmental Biology
  • The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, Ichthyology and Limnology, F.T. Stone Laboratory, Lake Erie
  • 15 years experience surveying and developing lake management plans in Indiana’s Lake and River Enhancement Program and a state licensed herbicide applicator.
  • 2009 Sepro Corporation Preffered Applicator of the Year.

Justin Blotkamp : Staff Biologist

  • Indiana University, Fort Wayne, IN, Bachelor of Science: Environmental Policy and Affairs
  • 9 years of experience in environmental consulting as well as providing remediation of contaminated commercial sites.
  • 5 years of developing Sediment Removal Plans in Indiana’s LARE Program
  • Proficient and experienced in water sampling as well as soil and air testing methods and equipment.
